Our Services

We are an authorised repair agent for Smeg and Arisit, Australia. We provide servicing to Metro Sydney, South Coast, Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs.

Licenced Plumbing

Installation of any brand dishwasher, gas cooktop or combined gas and electric oven.

Full Installation

Disconnect/Reconnect and removal/disposal of the old appliance for any gas or electrical kitchen appliance. This includes any oven, freestanding combination oven and cooktop, dishwasher, rangehood and barbecue.

Repairs

Repair of most residential kitchen appliances.

We try to keep our costs to a minimum. Please call us on 91 73 72 71 to discuss your needs.

We strive to have the initial call-out scheduled within 1-3 business days from when you first enquire. If the technician determines that part replacement is required for your repair, we order these on the same day as the initial call-out. Once these parts are in stock, we can arrange the rebook repair.

We aim to have your full repair completed within 5 business days. This is dependent on our current availability, the availability of parts and/or delivery delays.

Piketech Services will always endeavour to have your appliance repaired as soon as possible!

Yes, you can pay by cash, credit card or digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) with the technician. Alternatively, we can send you a payment link, provide details for direct deposit or you can call our office and pay over the phone.

Yes! Our technicians provide both warranty and non-warranty appliance repair services. We diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs using approved repair methods and genuine parts where required.

Yes. All of our repairs come with a 90-day labour warranty and 12-month warranty on any parts replaced.
